Console Authentication
Provide Access Key ID and Secret Token to verify connection authenticity.
Compliance Agreement
Section 1: Security Regulations and Policy Compliance
1.1. By authenticating and establishing a connection to this synchronization gateway, the authorized operator (hereafter referred to as "the User") agrees to comply fully with the GitAPI Corporate Security Policy. The User accepts sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their Access Key ID and Secret Access Token. Any sharing of authentication credentials, distribution of gateway parameters, or storage of secret materials in unsecured systems is strictly prohibited.
1.2. The User is required to access the gateway only from pre-approved corporate endpoints. Usage of secondary proxy routes, untrusted tunnels, or unauthorized third-party clients during connection initialization is an immediate policy violation.
Section 2: Monitoring and Data Auditing Agreement
2.1. The User acknowledges and agrees that all operations, data transfers, terminal commands, and synchronization payloads routed through this gateway are subject to continuous logging, auditing, and real-time monitoring by system administrators. Information collected may include IP addresses, hardware signatures, transfer rates, and connection metadata. This data may be used as evidence in internal audits or disclosed to legal authorities in accordance with data protection guidelines.
2.2. Intentional evasion of telemetry tracking, disabling local logging modules, or modifying gateway handshake data violates this agreement and is classified as malicious activity.
Section 3: Restriction of Use and Revocation
3.1. This gateway is provided exclusively for authorized data synchronization operations. The User agrees not to perform any security analysis, port scanning, reverse engineering, or unauthorized stress testing against infra-gitapi-sync.xyz. Violations of this agreement will result in immediate revocation of access tokens, automated system blacklisting, and potential legal or disciplinary action under applicable computer fraud and abuse regulations.
3.2. Authorization is non-transferable. System keys are personal to the assigned Node and operator; any secondary utilization will immediately lock both entities from the cluster.
